Månelyst i Flåklypa: Widow stop-motion animation puppet
Enkefru Engelschøn-Glad also known as the widow, was made in two copies, as close to identical as possible so she could be filmed on two different sets at the same time.
Luckily I didn't have to do this on my own, we were a tree people team:
Head of the puppet department Liliana Świrska made all the clothes, hats, eyes, jewelry, and helped out with quite a lot of molding and casting.
Håvard Karlsen made the armatures and the parts for the head mechanics.
The Widow
This is an image dump covering the part of the process of making two duplicate silicone stop-motion puppets for this character that I was working on for this movie.
This includes: Sculpting all the parts of the puppet, making molds of most parts, casting bodyparts, painting the puppet, armature design, and head mechanics.
